Terms & Conditions

By creating a Qualti account or using the Qualti service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Qualti provides EU food ingredient compliance screening. Each compliance check assesses declared ingredients, food additives, allergens and relevant animal-origin ingredient requirements, and produces an Overall Verdict, Recommended Actions and a downloadable PDF report.

Qualti is a compliance screening and decision-support tool. Qualti assessments are informational and do not replace official laboratory testing, certification, competent-authority decisions, or specialist regulatory or legal advice where required. Qualti does not guarantee that a product can legally be placed on the EU market.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Qualti account and use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Qualti offers the following plans at the time of these Terms:

• Individual — €48: one compliance check.
• 5 Checks — €228: five compliance checks (Save €12).
• Monthly — €448/month: 10 compliance checks per month (Save €32 every month).
• Annual — €4,998/year: 10 compliance checks per month, 120 per year (Save €762 per year).

Prices are stated in euros. Qualti may update pricing; any change applies to future purchases only.

Unused compliance checks are subject to the following validity rules:

• Individual (€48): 1 check — valid for 12 months from purchase.
• 5 Checks (€228): 5 checks — valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Monthly (€448): 10 checks per month — unused checks roll over for up to 3 months.
• Annual (€4,998): 10 checks per month — unused checks roll over until the end of the subscription year.

Checks that expire under these rules are removed and cannot be restored.

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes individual checks, 5-check packages and subscription payments. Once a compliance check has been used or a subscription period has begun, no refund is available for unused or partially used checks.

You may cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Any compliance checks already purchased or included in your current billing period remain available in your account until they are used or expire in accordance with Section 5.

You agree not to:

• Use Qualti for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the service.

Qualti is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on compliance reports. Qualti's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the compliance check(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
